This spacious lower level offers a large wet-bar with a custom island, a theater/fireplace combination, and a spa-like bathroom complete with a steam shower.

• The theater area features a large flat-screen TV highlighted rich woodwork and ledgestone that matches the nearby two-sided fireplace.
  
• Five-inch walnut flooring throughout the wet bar area complements the color of the granite on the back-bar wall and island. A step soffit delineates the room from the rest of the lower level.
• Travertine floors create a soothing atmosphere for this spa-bath. The steam shower includes a large bench for relaxing.
