Lifestyle Basement’s focus on our clients transcends our focus on our work—from the initial consultation, through design and construction, we treat every client with care. We have a unique planning system that takes the stress out of remodeling for our clients. No surprises, just great service, exceptional design, and quality construction.

Communication is our number one priority. This begins with your initial call all the way through construction in your home. We work hard to create open and informed dialogue to ensure you are happy with every phase of the process.

1. Initial consultation

A successful remodel requires a number of meetings to make sure we get an exact idea of your vision of your lower level. During our first consultation, we ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully to your answers. We also look forward to answering any questions you may have about our company and our work. We'll discuss the project's feasibility, discuss your remodeling priorities, and set a realistic investment range that meets your budget. If it is mutually agreeable, we'll schedule a meeting to measure the project. 

2. The design phase

At the measure, you’ll meet one of our talented designers. Your designer will work with you to create a lower level layout that fulfills your most creative dreams, and works within your budget. Our 3-D program will give you a very good idea of what your finished product will look like, so you can make sure it’s exactly everything you want. Every design is unique to each client.

3. The building phase

We believe that careful planning and tight scheduling are the keys to making sure your project runs smoothly with minimal disruption to your family. With proper planning our scheduling allows us to finish projects much faster than our industry's standard, and allows us to guarantee you a completion date. 

You will have a dedicated project manager who will work with you. The project manager will oversee the crew and coordination of all meetings with subcontractors, permit officials, and deliveries. They are also available to you at all times to answer any questions or concerns you may have from the design stage to completion. Our team is always available to answer your questions or concerns.
